Perhaps you are not as informed as you suggest? One thing we do know is that the current technology, an avalauncher, cannot reach the top of Superbowl accurately if at all when the wind howls most of the winter. Perhaps they handcharge it sporadically? Hence MHM's desire to upgrade to a more powerful and accurate weapon. A weapon that has a range of up to 5 miles even when the wind blows.
